A three-storey family villa in Addis Ababa, taken from architectural design through to construction.
01 Overview
A design-and-construction contract for a private G+2 residence in Bole Bulbula, Addis Ababa. Moses Construction and Trading prepared the architectural design and then built the house.
The rendering shows the approved design: stacked white and grey volumes, deep window frames and a covered entrance. The site photograph shows the reinforced concrete frame and blockwork during construction.
